You can cancel your order before you receive a mail confirming your order. Once we send a mail confirming your order, we hand over the item to our logistic partner, post which the order cannot be cancelled. On your agreement to the final quote we photograph the item and list it on the website. Once the item is sold we transfer the amount via cheque/bank transfer to your bank account.

However before shipping your item we will reach out to you and discuss the option to reduce the price of your item and relist it for another 30 days.
