HOW TO USE IT
Use the spatula provided to place a small dab onto the ring finger. Gently apply small dots with a light tap-tap-tap motion, tapping in complete circles starting under the eye at the inner corner, moving up the temple, over the lids, and finishing above and between the brow area.
