Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase however, If you're not happy with your item(s), you can return them within 30 days of receiving them. Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it's in good condition, we will issue a full refund, including any applicable duties and taxes.

For a full refund, all items must be unworn/unused and returned in the same condition as you received them, with their original packaging and all attached tags and labels (e.g., shoes should be returned in the original shoe box).

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Face and body products if opened, used, or if the protective seal is not intact
  • Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or if any labels have been broken
  • Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or if any labels have been broken
  • Pierced jewelry if the seal has been tampered with or is broken
  • Face coverings if the seal has been tampered with or is broken.

How to Return

If order numbers begins with "SA", to get things started, you will need to download and print a return form, which you can find on your order status page or by looking up your order history in your account.

Just follow the instructions on the returns slip, making sure you let us know your order number and the items you're returning. We'll need these details to process your refund.
Once it's all filled out, pop the returns form inside the parcel and send it back to us at the following address:

Please do not combine multiple orders into one package. This will likely result in us being unable to process your refund.

In order to assist with your return, please ensure that your order ID is clearly visible in the return address. Additionally, make sure to include a copy of your invoice or confirmation email, with your order number and contact information. We advise using an insured and trackable shipping method when sending back your items, and recommend keeping the tracking number for reference. Please note that neither Saks Fifth Avenue nor Localised will be responsible for lost returns or for covering the cost of return shipping and any associated duties and taxes so be sure to use a Delivered Duty Paid service when sending back your returns.

Refunds

A refund will be issued through your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions. This information is found highlighted in red on the product page, checkout page, and your order confirmation email. Final Sale items include any product labeled with Final Sale in red on the product page.

This does not include reductions to products using a discount code entered at checkout

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not accepting exchanges at the moment. If you want to exchange an item for another, please return the original one and place a new order instead.
